Mobile Wedding Makeup Artist Based in Cork
If you are going to a wedding as a guest or if you are part of the bridal party, I will travel to you to do your wedding makeup. Hair and makeup are the biggest jobs for us girls on the day so once these are done, all you have to do is put on the dress and you are ready to go.
It works out more economical to have a group together if I am travelling to you, so if you are not part of the bridal party but would like the convenience of having your makeup done at home then get together a few friends also going to the wedding. I will also offer a discount for groups of 5 or more.
Make sure to take good care of your skin in the months leading up to your special occasion. This will ensure the makeup goes on smoothly, looks flawless and lasts the day.
1.Start a good skincare regime if you don’t already have one. Cleanse properly and moisturise twice daily. Exfoliate and use a mask suitable for your skin type once a week. Drink plenty of water. A facial is also a nice treat and does wonders for the skin so do one maybe 2 weeks before the day.
2. Have your brows shaped beforehand. A good brow shape really does shape the face and open up the eyes.
3. Have an eyelash tint done. This darkens and defines your eyelashes. If you have never had one done before, a patch test is necessary 24 hours beforehand to ensure you are not allergic to the tint. If you plan to wear false lashes a tint is not necessary. False lashes really define the eyes and can give a more dramatic look in photos. However try the lashes before the day to make sure they don’t irritate your eyes.
